EMPLOYER SUPPORT MATTERS
A strong workforce depends on reliable child care for working families across Morris County.
Supporting parents helps build a strong future workforce:
- Family-friendly workplace practices can support employee recruitment and retention
- Child care challenges can affect workforce participation, particularly for parents and caregivers
- Access to affordable child care remains especially challenging for lower-wage workers
